Position：Senior Manager（Budget and Accounting Department）

Position Description:

· Monthly performance reviews of business operations of the scope companies, provide analysis against market situation, budget, forecast, and review prior performances to identify any operational underperformance and assess effectiveness of countermeasures

· Manage forecast, budget and business plan development processes, review submissions, identify risks and opportunities, and challenge companies at an appropriate level

· Assist companies in scope for accounting operational support, this includes review of accounting polices and procedures, identify risk areas and propose corrective measures, monitor accounting packages submission, consolidation, audits, reviews, accounting processes improvement, system development/implementation, etc.

· Coordinate between scope companies and headquarter for GAAP and consolidation related issues

· Provide financial analysis and validation on various projects as part of decision making process

· Support top executive in business correspondences with various Chinese parties

· Prepare regular as well as special reports to executives on above activities

Position Requirements:

· MBA or MS in Accounting/Finance

· Strong knowledge of financial and accounting concepts including 5+ years experience in financial analysis, auditing, or other related

· Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Proven ability to manage and motivate direct reports

· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Ability to fluently speak, read and write Mandarin Chinese and English
