Job Description      

-Oversee accountingand reporting as well as controlling.

-Provide financialstatements in accordance with IFRS, PRC GAAP, HK Exchangerequirements andGroup requirements.(Statutory reports, Group reports, publicreports in HK Exchange, managementanalysis reports)

-Be responsible forreviewing the accuracy of the monthly financial analysisreports.

-Implement, monitorand enforce adherence to corporate policies, operatingpolicies, and financialpolicies and procedures.

-Maintain compliancewith all local laws, statutory and tax requirement, Groupprocedures andInternal Control principles.

-Continually improveefficiency of financial system such as new ERP development.

-Provide high levelaccounting support in all phases of business.

-Maintaining goodcontacts with relevant regulatory bodies.

-Coordinate year-end audit withinternal and external auditors.

-Credit control basedon the management of cash pooling.

-Responsible forinvestment return follow up.

-Responsible for taxplanning and treasury management.

-Responsible forimport and export issues.

Requirement:

-3-5 years financialmanagement experience.

-4 years full-time Bachelor Degree or above.

-Good work knowledge in English speaking and listening.

-Working experience inMultinational companies.

-Good communicationskill.

-Self-motivated/result oriented.

-Skilled in usingfinance software and office software.
