公司是欧洲一家以矿山资源为背景的冶金工业集团，专注于高附加值业务领域，主要产品涉及镍，铁等合金产品。它是全球铁、镍系合金产品数一，数二的生产商，在欧洲、亚洲、非洲、大洋洲、南美洲和北美洲都有自己的生产基地。主要用于航空，电镀，汽车，运输，化工等工业领域。现在无锡有一个新建的工厂，随着业务的不断扩张，同时在筹建另一个新工厂。

Finance Controller


Based in Shanghai. Supervises Accountants in the two factories:
1. ADMDT in Wuxi
2. ERASTEEL Project in Tianjin

Reports to the Industrial Director who is also the General Manager of two companies

Accounting
Supervises the activity of the local accountant:
- General accounting / financial statements
- Follow-up of Payables and Receivables/Credit Management, in relation with Sales team
- Rating of customers and credit limit, in relation with Sales team
- Tax related issues
- Monthly reporting to A&D

Cash management
- Issues cash forecast and management documents
- Manage cash, loans in relationship with A&D CFO

Business Control
- Develop and implement costing methods for services
- Develop costing reporting

Budget process
- 5-year plan within A&D/
- Budget process
- Budget follow-up

Legal
- Compliance with Chinese rules and regulations
- Mid year and yearly audit of accounts for local
- Insurance coverage

IT
- Supervision and development of ADMDT administrative information system.

Background

Graduated, major in Finance, CPA
At least 5 years experience in a similar position
Fluent English & Need Manufacturing experience

Payment:20k-23k/M
