Working location: Nanhai City, Guangdong Province

Roles & Responsibilities

? Plant’s Finance Manager (Obtain info fm HK office & Analysis)

– Plant Controller function include, but not limited to : -

– Review & Analysis

? Process utilization

? Labor efficiency

? Scrap

? DL rates

? Material & labor std rev variances

? Total payment to partners

? Overhead spending analysis – before allocation

– Processing Fee analysis

– Plant CF / Forecast

? Direct Labor rate / efficiency / m/m ratio

? Material cost

– Comply company’s policy

– Training local talent

Requirements

Education

? Bachelor / Master

? Qualified Accountant (License & Certified)

Knowledge & Experience

? MBA

? Public International Accounting Firm work experience 2-3 years

? Manufacturing background 2-3 years

? Management experience 2-3 years

Attributes

? Good interpersonal skills

? Mature and presentable

? Honest and candid

Language

? English (presentable both in writing and speaking)
