1. Job description

· Manage accounting, reporting, VAT and income tax functions. Prepare budgets and perform financial analysis. Assist in providing planning and direction for the business. Assist in managing expansion into Japan and Korea

2. Job profile

Candidate Background:

· Over 8 years of experience in accounting, over 3 years management experience with the multinational company.

Essential Skills/experience:

· Strong International Accounting knowledge

· CPA with Big-4 experience preferred

· Strong leadership and planning skills

· Ability and background in high transaction volume business

· Knowledge of tax and regulations

· VAT experience

· Budgeting experience required

· High level of maturity, able to deal effectively with conflict

· Experience in dealing with government/tax officials

· Strong understanding and desire to meet compliance and legal requirements

· Knowledge of MS office software required. Knowledge of JDE ERP software is a big advantage.

Essential Education:

At least bachelor degree in accounting or related major

Language skills:

Fluent in English both in verbal and written
