集团总部：

1、 预算高级经理（1名）

岗位职责：

◆ .建立集团预算管理制度、预算编制逻辑和方法、预算管理流程、预算报表体系、预算分析评价体系,并负责监督有效运行;

◆ 进行财务预测,提出年度预算收支总体规模,组织集团预算编制工作,并负责指导各分、子公司的预算管理工作;

◆ 根据集团管控模式确定各分、子公司的预算管理重点,审核各分、子公司及各部门提出的预算申请,提出预算审核建议;

◆ 定期组织各分、子公司编制预算执行情况报告和差异分析报告,对所属公司预算执行情况进行汇总分析,当内外部环境发生重大变化时,向集团提出预算修正建议;

◆ 负责集团及下属企业经营管理状况分析、经营计划制定和经营绩效考核工作。

岗位要求：

◆ 具有4年以上大型企业财务管理特别是预算管理岗位工作经验；

◆ 资深的财务分析和内部审计能力；

◆ 对预算体系的推行有较强的实际操作经验；

◆ 良好的职业道德、责任心，较强的沟通能力；

◆ 习惯用英文撰写和编制报告，口语流利

2、Credit control Supervisor/manager（1名）

岗位职责：

◆ 对逾期未付的发票进行确认和收集,每日进行计划,优先排序和执行收款；

◆ 和各银行维持良好的互动关系；

◆ 定期准确维护客户资料；

◆ 必要时提供资信调查协助；

◆ 发现潜在问题并及时采取行动；

◆ 支持有疑问的部门及时解决问题；

◆ 定期向有关部门发送收款问题收集报告；

◆ 优先考虑具有金融衍生工具知识的候选人；

◆ 审核及管理公司营运中的信用证付款方式。

岗位要求：

◆ Bachelor degree, major in finance, accounting, at least 2 years experience in credit control in MNC or Bank

◆ Manages tax, statistics and other statutory reporting obligations of the Company and maintains relationships and communications with the relevant Government Departments.

◆ Review monthly budget plans and monitors progress through monthly

◆ Advises subordinates in the resolution of operational problems based on specific goals, established procedures and meeting established schedules.

◆ Develops highly competent accounting team.

◆ Establishes operational procedures which affect multi-level functional groups. Interprets, executes and recommends proactive changes.

◆ Proactively communicates with various departments to ensure that financial information is properly reported and acted upon.

◆ Leads cost accounting

◆ Provides assistance with the implementation and ongoing effort required under Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act.

◆ Assists in the gathering and reviewing of monthly, quarterly, and annual information for external reporting, audits, reviews and tax compliance.

◆ Other responsibilities as assigned.

◆ Minimum 4 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, Controller, or other relevant position in a multi-national company environment.
