Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Work Location: Shanghai, China

Job Purpose:

-Give advice to management team with providing monthly and annual financial sheets

-Evaluate and analyze business operation from finance professional view

-Provide financial and commercial support to business planning

-Ensure accurate financial analyze in each business project

-Assign finance resource in the company based on know well in market and business operation

-Play a strategic role in the full financial analyze

Principal Responsibilities:

-Submit the finance reports and analysis reports

-Prepare and analyze monthly follow-up tables and alert management any deviation

-Gather and consolidate information from other departments at budget and planning time

-Project financial forecast based on accurate financial analyze

-Assist with formulation, review and improvement of business plan

-Coordinate with internal and external business consulting professional to draft business development plan

-Budget and revision for 1 or 2 brand

-Company KPI monitoring (OP, DOI, DSO); Monthly closing P&L checking

-A& expense approval & budget control & Control staff expense

-Prepare monthly reports to head-office, regional office and internal reports

-Responsible for capital expenditures management

Main Requirements:

-Good analytical, reporting skills

-Professional knowledge in finance, auditing, accounting and tax

-JDE knowledge is a plus, relevant experiences in FMCG are plus

-Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin & good team player

-Well organized and detailed, good interpersonal skills

-Bachelor degree or above with majority in accounting or related

-More than 5 years of working experience, as well as at least 2 years experience in a multinational company
