Main Responsibilities:
1. To provide commercial and financial insight to the management team, work proactively as the business partner/advisor to the company CEO and other senior executives.
2. To manage and verify all accounting related work, such as AP, AR, Costing, Fixed Asset, GL, etc. based on the local laws, regulations and policies that issued by National Treasury/Tax/Foreign Trade Bureaus.
3. To conduct the financial analysis and summarize monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, Capital Expenditure, etc. according to Chinese accounting regulations as well as the company accounting policy.
4. To prepare the annual year-end accounts and financial statement, annual budgets and rolling forecasts, annual audit activities.
5. To maintain the healthy treasury status, and this includes to have good Cash Flow forecast and planning, and monitor loan renewals/repayments
6. To design and implement finance and accounting systems and processes, be responsible for continuous system enhancement.
7. To build good relationships with local tax bureau, banks, auditing firms, State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) and other authorities.
8. Be in charge of the Finance Department, managing day-to-day operations and evaluating the performance of the subordinates and also provide training opportunities to them.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance/Accounting, CPA qualified accountant is preferable.
2. Minimum 6 years working in Finance function in a manufacturing environment of MNEs, with at least 2 years at the managerial position.
3. Knowledge of using Oracle ERP system and good in financial controlling.
4. Proficiency in Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
5. Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
6. Result oriented personality and focus on being accurate and timely
7. Fluent English in both oral and written
