Experience / Qualification / Key Skills / Attributes

Bachelor degree in finance or business administration with at least 7 years post qualification experience. Master degree is preferred. .
An accounting designation from a locally or internationally recognized accounting society is a plus .
Experience with a software development or outsourced services company a positive .
Ability to work under pressure and in a start-up environment .
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written and native level Mandarin .
Strong interpersonal skills .
Overseas working experience is highly desirable .
Self-starter who requires only minimum supervision and has a willingness to take the lead on new initiatives to improve overall business. .
Must be a strong team player with leadership qualities
