Our client is one of the biggest multinational corporations in the field of fastening and assembly technology, focuses on Construction and related fields and offers a wide range of fixing and assembly materials, including screws, screw accessories, dowels and plugs, chemical products, construction fittings, tools, and stock keeping and picking systems. They set up around 350 sub-companies in more than 80 countries of the world. Currently, one of Sub-companies in Beijing of China is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to further grow with us.

The ideal candidate should have CPA certificate proficiency in English, experienced in the financial procedures of a trading company and should work independently with high motivation.

Job Summary

The jobholder needs to take responsibility for the company’s whole financial matters incl. budget plan, cash flow, and all financial procedures

.

Responsibilities:

- Book keeping, provide timely and accurate financial data to management and others as required.

- Prepare semi-annual budget, monthly exp plan and perform pre-budget control, meanwhile help to establish “rolling forecast system” to provide “feed forward control”.

- Implement and review internal control systems to ensure the proper compliance of company policies and corporate governance.

- Assist in the department policy formulation and planning.

- Be interface with the auditor company, bank, law firm and all government authorities on created finance, legal and tax-related matters.

- Sub-con audit and internal audit assigned by management.

- Annual stock count audit on warehouse.

- Be responsible for business process, inventory, AR and long term assets management improvement.

- Contact to headquarter in Germany and other sub-companies for finance issues.

Requirements:

- At least 6 years work experiences in Western organizations, ideally in Europe company.

- Own CPA Certificate.

- Bachelor or above degree in Finance Management or Accounting.

- Good knowledge of Accounting, Tax and audit.

- Good command of English (verbal and written
- Experience knowledge on accounting software, MS Office and ERP system.

- Ability to work independently with high motivation.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
