F&A Manager 财务分析经理
Location 北京
工作职责：
1、Provide strong analysis on P&L to regional and country management team, including variance and trend analysis with in-depth identifications of root causes on the status of business. Identify opportunities to improve the profitability in all aspects.
2、Drive the implementation of finance project in China, e.g. cost harmonization project.
3、Support and drive the annual planning process, e.g. country financial planning, demand order estimate and budget.
4、Work closely with accounting efforts to ensure the compliance with GAAP and company policy for P&L reporting.
5、Provide other financial support or co-ordination to the countries, divisions and other group functions.
任职资格：
1、University education, degree in accounting and/or MBA preferred.
2、Strong accounting background, proficient at USGAAP and PRC GAAP.
3、Accounting professional qualification preferred, such as CPA, ACCA, etc.
4、Minimum 5 years of finance related work experience in multinational environment
5、Minimum 3 years in managerial positions, Experiences in big 4 is a plus.
6、Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and oral.
