美资制造业（连接器），工作地点在外高桥，公司成立了财务共享中心，组织架构：汇报给Financial Controller（德勤，中国人），下面带领一个4-5人的team，FC喜欢同样四大+企业背景的候选人，大约3-4年四大审计经验+1-2年企业财务或会计方面的经验，工资在22-25k/month*13薪+bonus

o Lead and manage a team of accountants in the general accounting functions

o Preparation of accounts in compliance with both PRC and US GAAPs, and responsible for monthly PL and BS reporting, quarterly reporting, tax filling, PRC reporting and jobs assigned by management from time to time.

o Monitor and manager the accounting work in FA function, and make sure its accuracy and compliant with internal and external policy.

o Help G/L accounting team member to solve their working issues if any and answer the queries of G/L accounting functions.

o Lead in strengthening the share service center G/L accounting group's systems and procedures for the compliance of internal and external audit purpose.

o Continuously monitor and improve the benchmarking metrics to achieve the goal of leverage people, maximizing productivity.

o Assistant in preparing annual budget and expenditure control

- Be responsible for balance/income and reconciliation report

- Capital management, budget of company, financial forecast
