Reporting Specialist

Base: Beijing

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities：

· Review of operating JVs’ and holding company’s financial reports under IFRS

· Review of operating JVs’ and holding company’s Budget and re-forecasts

· Preparation of consolidated Financial Statements using HFM consolidation tool

· Preparation of consolidated reports for China management team and Group headquarters in Paris

· Implementation of standard financial policies and procedures across China to ensure consistency of financial reports

· Carry out financial integration of newly acquired companies (opening balance sheet, training)

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience + CPA.

· 4-5 years related working experience, both in accounting and finance is plus.

· Proficient understanding of consolidation rules and principles

· Strong knowledge of PRC GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP

· Good practice of HFM or similar consolidation tool

· Frequent short travels to South West China

· English: read, written and spoken

· Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint , Word)

· Good at communication and presentation.

· High level of integrity, With initiative, team-oriented, good interpersonal skills and capable to work under pressure.
