Role:

Provide financial and other analytic support to the China Region Finance Manager including submission of key metrics and management reporting in related to GTM roll-outs. Provide financial standards and operation guidance linked to GTM roll outs to MUs, and resolves in-foreseen operation issues

Responsibilities:

Support the Finance Manager on all analytic and financial needs

Custodian of all financial and utilization models in areas, include calculation of DC/PEP fees, calculation of required resources (headcount, PEP, DCs, etc)

Run new models using inputs from MUs

Monitor KPIs as GTM model is implemented in the MUs--including profit to serve and cost to serve

Submit financial and KPI information to the PMO as requested

Track financial benefits / impacts of various new GTM models piloted

Qualifications:

3-5 years of working experience in sales finance

Extremely strong analytic, modeling and financial skills

Hands on experience in MU with solid understanding of financial operation processes preferred, SAP preferred

Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or MBA preferred

Good communication skills

Independent and yet a good team player

Willing to travel
