Job Description:
* Branch accounting and financial analysis.
* Branch VAT and Income Tax declaration and preparation related Stat. report.
* Diligently verify that the local Chart of Authority being applied and followed for the approval of local procurement before processing the documents to DG Finance for settlement.
* Safeguarding the Company’s assets by performing:
1. Periodical physical inspection of the existence and condition of those assets installed at co-packer’s plant.
2. Monthly month-end physical stock and inventory check for raw materials, finished products, pallets and spare parts being stored at the co-packer’s plant and subsequently reconcile with the book quantities and values where appropriate, carry out instigation and explain for big variances where necessary.
3. Understand and perform audit of the SAP system for spare parts stock and periodical reconcile the physical spare parts stock with books quantities and values.
4. Periodical audit and verify co-packer’s open books’ fixed and variable costs and toll fee charges in compliance with the co-packing agreements. This information is highly confidential and you are not at any circumstance disclose them to unrelated parties.
5. Assist co-pack to accurately and correctly in filing the eWMS information and periodically carry out check and audit of this procedure and the accuracy of the input of data has been performed by the co-packer.
* Supporting Commercial Operations on the provision of financial support and analysis where necessary.
* Government departments liaison and the administration of the validity of the various relevant licenses and permits which includes business license, business scope, tax licenses etc.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance;
* 3-4 years experience in areas of general and financial accounting and have experience of SAP is preferred;
* Good command of spoken and written English;
* Good Knowledge in Ms Office, especially for Excel spreadsheet;
* Self-initiative, open and able to motivate and work in teams.
