岗位职责：

Proactively cooperate with DB finance in monthly pre-closing review, making flash report and analysis for variance
? Preparing monthly business report covering the business KPI (profitability, segment analysis, SAR analysis, Inventory, DSO, Past due and working capital)
? Be a key contactor of DBU PFR team to fulfill the responsibility of monthly & quarterly DBU corporate reporting package and ABO reporting package.
? Engage directly with the Strategy/ Sales/ Marketing team on business and market analysis and strategic planning to provide support on analysis and presentation preparation.
? Provide training, support and guidance to DB accountants and Analysts. Ensure the relevancy, timeliness and accuracy of the reporting and the quality of the analytical comments
? Participate proactively in DB Project analysis and any ad-hoc project business analysis
? Support high level communication with Cummins headquarters, other business units and partner entities.
? Support developing measures and improving capability for both distributors and dealers.
? Assist Manager to lead the Annual Operation Plan process and 5Y simulation
? Capex central management and tracking
? Performs other related duties and assignments as required related to the operation of the accounting and finance organization
