任职说明：

2、有外资制造业工厂工作背景（如同时具备会计师事务所工作经验最佳），熟悉供应链管理，了解生产、质量等其他运营流程以及管理工具；
3、有财务方面的项目管理经验（如降低成本等）；
4、精通财务管理的各个模块，精通SAP或Oracle系统；
5、此职位将向北京工厂财务总监以及巴西总部财务相关人员汇报工作，下属4-5人，将最为财务总监的继任人培养；
6、此职位由于需要经常与总部沟通，请特别注意；
7、性格温和；
8、英语水平精通。
9、相关岗位经历5年以上。
薪酬福利：
基本25000+奖金2～5个月

职责介绍
Financial Project Deputy
This function is at start a 2-year task to support the finance and on improving overall competitiveness in the Besco, by managing, giving transparency and bringing focus to the many efforts conducted in this site.
This person will work together with the cost reduction team PMO, as well as the financial team as a whole.
His task is to manage, challenge, follow up and report to local and corporate finance teams all efforts of the Besco competitiveness aspects, as well helping in organizing the right forums and processes to discuss the many issues we have, such as:
l Cost reduction projects follow up, challenge and action plan conduction;
l Working Capital and Free Cash Flow monitoring, reporting and right
l balancing, among integrated logistics, procurement and finance tems;
l Matching financial and operational targets for the plant
l Cross site opportunities such as global sourcing;
l Budget controlling process and set up;
l Revenues increase tracking and matching with all other projects on the competitiveness side
l This person has to be both able to dive into initiatives, provide insights and convert effort to financial results, as well as to surface the problems and understand where Besco should put more focus.
