Job Description
1. Prepare monthly reports on personnel, stock, income and cash flow forecast…month by month.
2. To set up internal controlling system in LMD for budget and forecast.
3. Prepare deep and wide analysis of cost items and provide efficient data to management level for further decision.
4. Cost centers and profit centers management for products.
5. Prepare yearly investment plan and control the performance.
6. Managerial cost calculation and analysis based on scenario cases.
7. Proposal calculation on internal transfer pricing and the management.
8. Cost testing for new product and the analysis on variance between the actual cost and testing cost.
9. To assist internal and external audit preparation.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related.
2. 3yrs+ working experience at similar position in European manufacturers (Germany preferred).
3. Sound knowledge about cost control.
4. Familiar with relevant laws and regulations on accounting and tax.
5. Familiar with cost related ERP system.
6. Proficient with MS office operation.
7. Good command of English.
8. Good team spirit, reliable, consistent commitment.
9. Details oriented.
