职 位：China Finance & Controlling Manager
主要职责：
1. Oversee shared service operations of AR, AP, Fixed Asset and Cash in 5 plants
2. Review and facilitate intercomapany invoicing to companies US, Korea and ATBS JV.
3. Ensure the quality and accurancy of payment documents processed, and authorize payments properly and compliance to SAFE regulations
4. Monthly accrual communication with functional heads, and JE posting
5. Monthly Account Reconciliation, including bank account reconciliation
6. Weekly Cash Flow forecast and funds management
7. Ensure smooth operation and control in terms of foreign currency transactions
8. Continuously develop cost model and monitor plants performance
9. Monthly cost variance analysis and reporting
10. Inter-company transfer pricing
11. Work closely with plants to achieve the cost reduction targets, support plants with good templates, reports and project analysis
12. Coach and develop people in the accounting and plant controlling
13. Other tasks assigned by China Finance Director
任职条件:
1. 10+ years of work experience in foreign companies in Finance and Accounting
2. Good at English speaking and writing
3. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance Management
4. Oracle / SAP system experience, good skills in Excel and PowerPoint as well
5. Good personality and teamwork spirit
