Day to Day Responsibilities:

· Responsible for coordinating, administering and controlling financial operations for sheet and other business.

· Manage the inventory at all warehouse including Fuzhou location and off site location

· Manage fixed assets for the business

· Directs all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and monthly financial reports.

· Oversee the development of financial accounting and inventory management systems required to maintain reporting requirements.

· Will establish operational objectives and assignments, and delegate assignments to FZ Accountant.

· Will provide tax, customs, and logistics advice on import/export procedures.

· Reviews, analyzes, and interprets financial and budgetary reports.

· Requires the ability to communicate financial concepts and financial performance to non-finance team.

· Involved in developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect immediate operation(s) and may also have company-wide effect.

Required Skills

· Highest level of integrity

· Knowledge of US GAAP and PRC accounting rules

· Broad based business acumen

· Strong computer skills (especially Excel and accounting systems)

· Cross-functional influencing skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to meet deadlines through organization and prioritization of work-load and multi-tasking

· Bilingual – Chinese and English
