Main Responsibility：
1 Be responsible for the timely preparation and submittal of all financial schedules and reports as required by Corporate, including the monthly, quarterly and annually accounts, and supporting schedules.
2 Prepare annual budget and analyzed monthly and quarterly actual performance versus budget and the same period last year; investigated, understood, and communicated core drivers of variances and risk profile.
3 Be responsible for the creation, maintenance and execution of the Accounting Policies and Procedures and ensuring such policies are in conformance with Corporate Policies and Procedures.
4 Forecast and manage cash flow to ensure the company maintains adequate funds for operation.
5 Make analysis and recommendation for capital expenditures.
6 Review and approve significant contracts.
7 Establish and implement the internal control policies and procedures
8 Support the SOX project implementation and change the internal procedures to meet the requirements of SOX
9 Other responsibilities assigned by line supervisor/manager.
Requirement：
1 Degree in Accounting or Business Administration major in Accounting.
2 Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position in a manufacturing MNC company.
3 Knowledge of GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley is an advantage
4 Attention to details and honesty.
5 Good English and Chinese language skills are required.
6 Conversant in application of Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, ERP system (BPCS)
