Responsibilities:
? Goal setting
Be able to set up long term business vision / strategy with business team
Lead financial forecast and actual reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Drive and define key metrics target setting process and discipline
? Opportunity identification
Lead and support delivery related project analysis (investment / loss analysis) by cooperating with multi-functional team
Lead and drive control improvement for operation
Drive simplification on the financial planning and reporting process
? Controllership / Team management
Overall JODS financial management with a team of 3-4 financial analysts.
Oversight national cash on delivery control team of 7-8 specialists.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 5 year + relevant experience in Finance (Manufacturing / Logistics Industry is preferred).
- Strategic thinking / excellent analytical / communication skill, to come out sound recommendations.
- Strong leadership with demonstrated experience of leading group of people (>3 direct reports).
- “Passion for winning” mindset will be appreciated, with strong discipline working with multi-functional team.
