Position: Finance Manager |

Summarized Accountability: |
To provide value added financial service to operation, sales & marketing ,other functions and other business |
unit through analysis, planning and user-friendly management report and thus to effectively support business. |

Key Responsibilities: |
1)Planning /Consolidation / Budget |
-To be coordinator of annual operation plan ,quarter rolling forecast and capital plan |
-Prepare Group Consolidation and analysis report of consolidated financial statements |
-Facilitate group audit and taxation matters |
-Prepare budgets and monitor performance against budgets for the holding company and trading operations. |
-Assist in identifying any tax planning strategies. |
-Improve operational process and control |
2)Management reporting |
-To timely and accurately submit management reports including but not limited to version metric report, |
key operation indicators, actual spending vs AOP, etc. |
-To continuously improve performance measuring mechanism To truly reflect our business performance, our level |
of efficiency and long term competitiveness. |
-To instruct accounting build up system in terms of planning and management report requirement |
-To provide financial statement consolidation of China |
3)Financial analysis |
-To provide financial projection of new product development |
-To provide financial projection of current products |
-To provide financial analysis to any assigned project |
4)ERP project support |
-To participate in ERP project from blueprinting To actual implementation To ensure that ERP system is in |
alignment with business requirement from financial analysis perspective |

Functional Requirements: |
1.Good organization, interpersonal ,communication and problem solving skills |
2.Good business English, speaking, writing and reading |
3.Very strong analytical skills |

Experience & Education |
·BS and above, Majored in accounting/finance/engineering |
·Qualified CPA is must |
·At least 5 years of similar experience Manufacturing, MNCs preferred |
·Strong technical knowledge of local/International reporting requirements |
·Keen for details and strong with performing analysis using excel tool |
·Strong skill of financial data and procedure analysis |
·Fluent English speaking, writing; |
