岗位职责

1. oversee the financial inner-workings in order to maintain budgets and encourage fiscal growth.

2. Lead and direct the financial activities of the company, including financial and management accounts, financial planning, cost and budgets and financial reporting.

3. Supervise the General Ledger accounting work to ensure that all revenues and costs are correctly allocated and monitored. This will include the preparation of regular reconciliations of accounts and its subsequent reporting.

4. Oversees and improve all accounting procedures and systems. supervision of fixed assets, inventory, account receivable, account payable according to company's policies.

5. Define and implement the organisation of the Finance department with appropriate, effective and reliable accounting systems. Ensure all financial transactions are

6. accounted for and is available to support senior management decision making.

7. To clearly identify strategic issues, opportunities and issues linked to both the company's overall objectives and that of financing function. Contributes to the achievement of the company objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy.

8. To ensure the Company meets its financial and legal responsibilities.

9. To ensure audit compliance and full sign off from external auditors.

任职要求：

? 1.University or Post graduate in Financial Management or Accounting. CPA is a must.

? 2.15+ years solid working experiences in Finance fields of Multinational companies with at least 5 years experience in Managerial Positions.

? 3.Highly effective written and verbal communication skills in both English&Mandarin.

? 4.Know US GAAP as well as Chinese Finance principle.

? 5.Must be able to handle pressures and drive changes.

? 6.Ability to work with all levels of staff in all business units.

? 7.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

? 8.Good computer skills.
