财务总监
职责：
1、Direct and manage all aspects of daily accounting operations, monthly finance reporting under US GAAP and PRC GAAP as well as GAAP reconciliation
2、Responsible for forecasting, budgeting and planning process and outcome
3、Oversee and direct timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, standard and special management reports, providing the financial analyses, risk analyses and investment analyses and recommendation for management decision
4、Manage financial resources to ensure healthy cash flow
5、Oversees internal controls and statutory compliance
6、Provides direction to subordinates based on general policies and management guidance
7、Responsible for business commercial policy and conduct contract review for business and credit issues to ensure proper business results
8、Responsible for the subordinate safety & development. Direct and coordinate and coach a highly effective and highly motivated team
9、Provides financial leadership on cross functional team projects.
10、Accomplishes results through lower level subordinate supervisors or through experienced employees who exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments
任职要求：
1、At least 8 years experience in finance field and minimum 6 years managerial position in finance function in MNC(s)
2、Working experience in Manufacturing finance is must
3、Qualification bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting,
4、PRC CPA , ACCA or other equivalent Sr. professional certification is prefer
