职位描述:
Part 1. Describe the Position
Summary:
(1) Job Purpose:
Assist FPA Supervisor to Work closely with corporate finance, develops, maintains and continually improves upon an unified and accurate management information system that provides management with proper operational and financial information on a timely basis in full compliance with ITT corporate Costing Control policies and procedures.
(2) Goals and Objectives: Several bullet points for setting performance objectives.
1. Assist FPA Supervisor to work out the cost analysis and sales profitability analysis. Develops and maintains a standard cost accounting system that provides for product costing, inventory control, and reporting to management in compliance with company procedures.
2. Prepare complete and clear management reporting package and recommendations after appropriate analysis of relevant and reliable information.
3. Assist FPA Supervisor to achieve financial performance targets and all GDP Action Plan
A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.
4. Prepare weekly outlook and daily sales report based on communication with related functions, and load Flash to HFM.
5. Prepare monthly financials on backlog , sales and dept. expenses etc.
6. Assist FPA Supervisor to complete financial reporting package required by Corporate
7. Assist FPA Supervisor to prepare quarterly forecast and annual OP plan & Budget
8 Prepare monthly management variance analysis and Bridge report ( actual versus Forecast & Budget)
9.Other jobs assigned by supervisor or Manager
Part 2. Describe the Person
A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
2. 3 years related work experiences in international company with significant experience in reporting, planning and analysis.
3. Hands on in major ERP systems (BPCS preferred) and reporting systems (Hyperion preferred)
4. Good in English
5. Teamwork spirit and good communication skills
