最近接了一个case，招一个中国区Finance Manager. 有几个问题想请教下

JOBDESCRIPTION AND CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS

Position Title:            Finance Manager

Reportsto:                 China CFO/Global CFO

Subordinates:      5

MISSION

Support CFO to lead the design, maintenance,implementation, review and evaluation of internal control policies andprocedures of the company

As Finance Manager you will create a businesspartner function to monitoring the finance and accounting functions.

DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Working closely with senior management team inidentifying, describing and communicating regional objectives and goals basedon “big picture” goals

·        Internal Control Policies and Procedures

Ø  Overseeing maintenance and update of policies and procedures includingfinance, procurement and sales

Ø  Responsible for ASL (Authorization Signature Limit) assessment, designand implementation

Ø  Manage regular and ad-hoc policy trainings (finance, procurement andsale) to company employees to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures

Ø  Responsible for resolutions for escalated communication issues

·        Assisting Internal Audit in external auditpreparation in the areas of SOP documentation and policy and proceduresinterpretation

·        Monitoring full range of accounting functions and analyzingfinance process and reports to pinpoint potential weak areas

·        Performing capital planning to ensure the company’sfunds requirements and liquidity; initiating appropriate steps to enhance cashpositions

·        Monitoring inter-company business transactionsbetween group companies

·        Supported by account receivable specialist, thejobholder is responsible for process setting and guidance of customer creditmanagement for maintaining the balance between the customer demands and thecompany risk minimization

·        Overall managing tax filing for each legal entityand responsible for annual external audit work, annual tax filing review andthe annual joint inspection by the governments for all legal entities, toensure the balance between continual compliance with the Chinese Tax Laws and optimizationtaxation for company.

SKILLSAND COMPETENCES

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

·        University degree or above

·        CPA designation or qualification helpful, Big 4experiences helpful

·        At least 6 years related working experiences atleast 3 years in a role with managerial function.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

·        Fluent English both in writing and speaking

·        Advanced WORD & EXCELL skill required

·        SAP knowledge helpful

·        Outstanding organizational skills and serviceoriented thinking

·        Ability to work under pressure

·        Ability to architect and drive change and to workpro-actively on own initiative

·        Articulate communicator and ability to interpretand explain data to a wide range of audiences

·        High standard of attention to detail, at same time,ability to manage time and prioritize work

客户要一个从四大出来然后到企业里做内审的候选人做这个职位，这个职位现在偏内控，两年后做中国区Finance Controller的位子。 我一直想不明白，做内审的人能做这个职位吗？ 各位老师，多多指教下，或者有对这个职位感兴趣的可以联系我，邮箱：song5317@hotmail.com

我个人觉得完全有可能。
公司之所以选择一个四大出来、有内审经历的人来做财务经理（目前偏重内控），两年之后做中国区财务总监，很可能是想借重四大、内审和内控的经验来帮助公司提升和完善内部管理。

谢谢你的分享，这个职位我一直比较迷惑，因为自己不是财务出身，所以做起来这样的项目有点力不从心。如果您有什么朋友推荐，不胜感激。
