Job Description (Main responsibilities):
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and year end closing, than closing period in BAAN
Monthly account reconciliation review with Finance Manager
Check statutory reports , tax declaration and other tax issues
Ensure appropriate accounting control process complying with company internal control policy and SOX requirement
Imporve accounting process
Internal and external audit preparation , coordinate the audit process
Solve sudden issue and other issues
Fulfill other works required by the superior.

Competence Profile (Experience, knowledge, skills and capabilities essential to this position):
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in Accounting/Finance
3~5+ years working experience in manufacturing companies, 2~3 years experience in the same position in a multinational company
Be familiar with local tax regulations and China GAAP;
Having accounting certificate is an advance, CPA is preferred;
Experienced with ERP system, Baan system experience is a plus
Attention to detail and accuracy
