1. Regional Retail Audit Manager
Accountability Close monitor internal controls in both stores and warehouse to maintain sound risk level during the quick business expansion Develop store audit, stores and warehouse stocktake plan with a sound coverage regionally Lead the retail audit team to perform store audit and warehouse review on the compliance of Company policy and procedure and build up risk profile for each store/warehouse Periodically report status and results of the store audit and warehouse review, as well as significant issues on store/warehouse operation noticed to management Monitor the stocktake/store audit/warehouse review results and highlight key issues for management review Provide business recommendation and communicate with other business functions (operation/logistic/supply) to agree on the action plan to address the risks Timely follow up on issues identified and drive the progress of implementation for improvement Arrange training to warehouse and stores on the control procedure
Requirement 4+ years risk management, audit experience and 2 year commercial experience, retails business experience is a must Strong oral English communication and report writing skills Good leadership and capable of operating in a high profile position to manage several audit commissions at the same time Proactively communicate with different business functions and being confident in dealing face-to-face with all levels of management Independent problems solver and willing to work under pressure Bachelor degree with major in Finance or related
