1、Manage a group of professional accounting and finance staff in their respective areas of responsibility namely Costing, Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Tax & Audit
2、Ensure compliance to Corporate and Local Policies and Procedures
3、Develop and document financial control procedures to protect and safeguard the Company's assets and properties
4、To conform to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) in the recording of all financial books and statements
5、Initiate financial support to Operations on all matters related to financial requirements and cost reduction strategies
6、Interpret financial operating results and make recommendations that will result in manufacturing cost reduction
7、Manage various cash and investments with maximum return and minimum tax impact
8、Ensure adequate weekly and monthly cash flow
9、Ensure compliance with Legal and Corporate Treasury requirements, with respects to all Fund Management and Banking issues.
10、Minimize corporate tax exposure by performing effective tax planning and taking advantage of any tax incentives or allowances
11、Ensure all banking operations and inter company account transactions are in compliance with the Government financial rules and regulations, particularly the exchange control rules and regulations
12、Ensure all property is adequately protected in coordination with Corporate Risk Manager and local insurance brokers and agents
13、Maintain a professional relationship with government bodies , financial and private institutions
14、Develop career path, enhancement plan and training plan for all staff
15、Represent the needs of customer in internal functions in addressing QS-9000 requirements
